Large 5 bedroom villa with private pool close
to the amazing El Portet beach.
Moraira is a small town on the Costa Blanca coast that punches above its weight. It has almost 100 restaurants, gorgeous beaches and a lot happening all year round. Our villa was recently renovated to a high standard and will give up to 10 people a comfortable stay with everything you would need for a fab holiday, 10mins walk from Moraira's Portet beach. The Villa - pool level
Large open plan kitchen and living room leading out to the terrace and pool. This floor also houses the main guestroom area with three double bedrooms and two bathrooms (one en suite). The lounge area has an open fire place, sofa and TV.
The Villa - lounge level
This floor has two bedrooms and a large living room with 65 inch TV, Sonos surround and PlayStation.
The newly renovated bathroom has a walk in shower, whirlpool bath and two sinks.
The Villa - Outdoors
A typical Spanish naya (covered terrace) with a dining room table leads to the 4*8m pool and 6 sun loungers plus outdoor shower. The barbecue area has seating for 8. An upper decking area has sofas and a daybed for a siesta snooze on hot summer days, as well as a garden house/office with a desk and wi-fi.
The Area
In addition to its lovely beach, the El Portet bay has four restaurants, water sports rental and a mini supermarket. The coastal walk (pictured) takes 10 mins to Moraira town with its almost 100 restaurants and bars. For more info about this, and great days out, see our full guide to the area:
